Returns are accepted within 7 days for garments that have not been worn. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For return instructions please email hello@newaffection.com within 7 days of receiving your order. At this time, we cannot accept returns for a garment made custom to your size.

Exchanges

We are happy to make an exchange within 7 days for garments that have not been worn. To begin an exchange, please email hello@newaffection.com. Sizing and stock levels may limit availability of an exchange. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
